Do they need a solution for managing and monitoring your infrastructure but want to retain ownership of the day to day management? We have the right, affordable solution. Our Software As A Service monitoring/management offering can provide them with all of the tools required to manage small to large infrastructure deployments. They can use our systems to patch servers and workstations, manage antivirus, take issue alerts, monitor performance of critical devices, even see what individual hardware components and software are installed in each workstation, all from a single console.

Managed IT Plans

We offer three basic plans, that provide hybrid fixed fee/hourly up to an all-you-can-eat option.

CriticalCare: Critical Device Care, Guaranteed Response Times, Our Most Affordable Plan While Managjng Your Business Critical Devices

Our CriticalCare plan covers all of the critical devices that your business relies on, such as servers, LAN switches, WAN routers and Internet firewalls. We manage these devices as if they were our own for a fixed fee per month. We make sure they remain healthy and stable, and if they do experience a crash, our service is covered in the monthly fee regardless of how long it takes to restore functionality. Antivirus software and full update management  is included for all servers and critical devices.

Management and support for non-core devices are covered by hourly rates either onsite or via remote help desk.

CriticalCare + HelpDesk: Critical Device Care, Guaranteed Response Times and Unlimited Remote Help Desk Assistance for your employees

Our CriticalCare+HelpDesk plan covers all of the critical devices included in CriticalCare above, but we also include unlimited Remote Help Desk support in the plan. Your employees can call any time with questions or help, and we'll take care of them. We can securely remotely control their workstations, which alleviates much of the frustration when experiencing issues. Our comprehensive management platform agent is included for all Windows and Mac workstations that provides granular asset/inventory including printers and other non-workstation devices, full antivirus software and update management. This eliminates the need for a separately purchased antivirus software, cutting additional software costs and integrating all management into our management console.

Non-core devices are covered by hourly rates if an onsite visit is required, but most issues can be resolved remotely via the Help Desk and management agent. This is a great plan for those who prefer immediate resolution remotely and don't want to worry about incurring hourly fees for issues that can be resolved remotely.

CompleteCare: Critical Device Care, Guaranteed Response Times, Never Pay An Hourly Rate For Management And Support Again

Our CompleteCare plan covers everything IT for a fixed monthly fee. Whatever we do with critical devices, workstations, printers, mobile devices, LAN/WAN/Wireless connectivity is all covered. We take on 100% of the service risk for your IT infrastructure and we just handle it as if we were your full-time IT staff. No more guesswork on IT service budget, unlimited IT expertise with multiple experienced engineers/technicians who know your business and infrastructure.
